1. Technical features of label shrink packaging machine SM-1540:

① All imported components, the heater is made of stainless steel;

② The conveying speed is infinitely regulated by an electronic speed controller;

③ The shrinkage temperature can be freely controlled, with a maximum temperature of up to 250 ℃

④ Only heat the bottle mouth, which will not affect the quality of the objects inside the bottle due to high temperature

⑤ The whole machine is made of high-strength carbon steel and has undergone high-quality surface treatment

⑥ Two low-power wind turbines and turbines operate the air without causing label displacement or deformation

⑦ By simply setting and adjusting, it can adapt to various specifications of bottle shapes;

⑨ Only for local heating of the product, maximizing heat savings. This machine can be used for standalone production or connected to production lines for operation

2. Scope of application

Suitable for glass bottles, plastic bottles, paper cups and other containers in industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, pesticides, etc. The labeled bottle or cup body undergoes thermal shrinkage after labeling
